Overview

Cognisphere Evolutionary Systems Pvt. Ltd. provides specialized software solutions and professional services tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. Our policies regarding cancellation and refunds are primarily governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed with each client. This document provides a general guideline, but the signed contract will always take precedence in any dispute.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel a service must submit a formal request in writing, as specified in their service agreement. The following conditions generally apply:

  • A notice period (typically 30, 60, or 90 days) may be required as per the contract terms.
  • All services will continue to be provided and billed for during the specified notice period.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant upfront resources for consultation, development, customization, and implementation, fees paid to Cognisphere are generally non-refundable.

Upon signing a service agreement, we commit resources, including man-hours and technology, to your project. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for any setup or customization fees. Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly detailed in the client's individual service agreement.
